Booking request data

When you send the form, we store your name, email address, event date, location, event type, optional details and message, time zone, and your consent. We use these details to review and answer your request and, if you agree on a booking, to plan the event. Only KRID P and people handling bookings for him can view the request.

We process the request on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). If a booking is agreed, further processing needed for the booking is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The form cannot be sent without consent. You can instead contact us by email.

Storage and withdrawal

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. We delete requests when they are no longer needed for answering or handling a booking, unless legal retention duties require longer storage.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability where the GDPR provides these rights. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Send requests to [email protected].
